Specialise In Body Transformation

I specialise in body transformation; fat loss, building muscle and helping you feel great. I have fluctuated in weight and shape a lot myself over the last 5 years and have found lots of fun, time efficient ways to reach a goal. For example – we will not be spending any time on the treadmill, unless it is to warm up for something much more gruelling! After competing at a high level of rugby, cycling, BMX and motocross which share some disciplines but also have many of their own, I am very well equipped to put together and implement specific training programmes across a plethora of sports where the below is needed

The differentiator

is Accountability. Often, my online coaching clients are more adherent to the plan, this is due to not seeing me in person, in general, they ‘check in’ better and then I send a video response talking through the check in info, supporting them where they need it and then talking through any changes to the plan – and then if the support and changes are followed and implemented – they make incredible progress Since creating this service, it has been refined for also taking on new clients – and includes and consultation call, a couple of info finding forms, lots of supportive info being sent, an onboarding call and then weekly coaching and support moving forward
