I’m Mitch O’Callaghan, a personal trainer and online coach.
I specialize in helping people build the bodies, health, mindset and confidence they deserve and have always dreamed of but not managed to achieve on their own.
I am driven by an instinctive necessity to help people and get them to where they want to be.
Priding myself on my ability to understand clients and what works for them my key skills are:
● Designing and implementing bespoke programs (training and nutrition) for each client that is achievable and sustainable for them. This ensures the…. whilst learning the habits and behaviors that drive results.
● I specialize in movement and exercise technique which I feel is a lost art form. In order to improve our bodies we must stimulate our muscles; using resistance to lengthen and then shorten them with constant control – not just push a weight up and down – I coach my clients how to execute each movement on their training program to ensure they yield the best results for their efforts.
The above plus the tried and tested principles I implement ensure my clients get the results they seek whether that is Aesthetic, Strength, Health, Fat Loss, Fitness, Performance or any combination of the lot.
