I’m Mitch O’Callaghan, a personal trainer and online coach.

I specialize in helping people build the bodies, health, mindset and confidence they deserve and have always dreamed of but not managed to achieve on their own.

I am driven by an instinctive necessity to help people and get them to where they want to be. Click below to find out more about me!

The Process

First, I find out what you want to work on, your goals and what you do/don’t like doing in the gym. I’ll then go away and put a programe together and work with you, implementing the plan and helping you reach your goals.

I feel that enjoyment is as important as concentrating on goals on a session per session basis as if you enjoy the sessions you will stay committed and the goals will come.

Face to Face

I can coach you better on your training technique, so definitely advantageous for beginnings but also people that have been training for a while don’t realise they have picked up bad habits / technique and improving the movement / form / technique has very quick results due to stimulating muscle better.

Online Coaching

Accountability and therefore often results…because I wont see you in person, I have created a system whereby you ‘check in’ , given me info about you and your week, each week, and then I send you a recorded video response talking through any struggles, giving tips and explaining any changes to your tailored plan.

I specialise in body transformation; fat loss, building muscle and helping you feel great. I have fluctuated in weight and shape a lot myself over the last 5 years and have found lots of fun, time efficient ways to reach a goal. For example – we will not be spending any time on the treadmill, unless it is to warm up for something much more grueling! After competing at a high level of rugby, cycling, BMX and motocross which share some disciplines but also have many of their own, I am very well equipped to put together and implement specific training programes across a plethora of sports

10:1:1 is my new plan that blends the benefits of having a personal trainer; professional knowledge, tailored plans based on your goals, attention, motivation, encouragement, structure and most importantly faster and advanced results, with the affordability and convenience of online coaching.

Package 1:

Health assessment + a 1 on 1 session to show you absolutely everything included on the strength plan. 10 week training programe (split into 3 phases) + Nutritional Plan

Package 2:

Health assessment + 2 1 on 1 sessions to show you absolutely everything included on the strength plan. 10 week training programe (split into 3 phases) + Nutritional Plan

Package 3:

Health assessment + 3 1 on 1 sessions to show you absolutely everything included on the strength plan. 10 week training programme (split into 3 phases) + Nutritional Plan
